support@lediv.com is our single point of contact for legal matters. Our team reads it, it does not rely only on automated tools, and you can write to it in English or Spanish.
Under the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), the same address is our point of contact for Member State authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services (Article 11), and for users (Article 12). Payments
Payments for paid subscriptions are handled through Stripe Managed Payments by our Merchant of Record, Sold through Link, LLC ("Link"), an affiliate of Stripe, under Link's Sold through Link Terms, as the billing section of our Terms of Service describes.
